Ohia Student Apartments
Student Residence
Through a special arrangement with Hawaii Student Housing, IIE is able to offer comfortable student apartments in central Waikiki, only a five minute walk from the school and beach! Its fantastic Waikiki location is perfect for students who want convenience and an active night life.
The Ohia Student Apartments are fully furnished and have a bathroom and kitchenette in each room. The rooms also include: beds, dressers, desks & chairs, internet, air conditioning, and a balcony.
In the building, there is a community lounge, a laundry facility, 24 hour study room with wi-fi, swimming pool, and 24 hour administrative staff and resident assistants. The student only residence also offers regular activities and clubs for social interaction with local and international students.
IIE students can book private or semi-private rooms. The Ohia will provide a roommate for students who book an individual bed in a semi-private room.
Minimum stay: 2 weeks.
