How to Apply to IIE

It’s easy to apply to IIE! Choose a program and click on the name. Follow the instructions! We look forward to seeing you!

STEP Program (16 hour program)
IEP Program (20+ hour program)
English Cafe (8 hour program, small class)
Private Lessons (individual private class)
J-STEP/T-STEP (lessons for teens and children)
Summer STEP (seasonal 14 hour program)

STEP, Summer STEP, J-STEP/T-STEP, English Cafe 

1. Fill out all forms (Application, Risk & Release Form) (If you want IIE to help you with housing, also fill out the Housing Agreement and Housing Application)
2. Submit forms with Registration Fee~$100. Click here for a complete list of tuition.
3. When IIE receives the forms and Registration fee, we will process your application and contact you.
4. Make the payment for the remaining balance of your tuition 3 weeks before your starting date.

How to make a payment

IEP

1. Fill out all forms (Application, Risk & Release Form) (If you want IIE to help you with housing, also fill out the Housing Agreement and Housing Application)
2. Prepare:
• a copy of your passport
• an official bank statement showing a minimum of $3200
3. Submit forms with:
• Registration Fee~$100 (per person)
• Tuition deposit~$500

4. When IIE receives the forms, Registration fee, and Tuition deposit, we will issue your I-20 and send it to you by mail.
• You may choose to receive your I-20 by express mail for $50. If you request express mail, add $50 to your total payment.
5. Take I-20 to your F-1 student visa interview at the US embassy.
6. Make the payment for the remaining balance of your tuition 3 weeks before your starting date.

Private Lessons

1. Fill out all forms (Application, Risk & Release Form, Pre-Evaluation Form ~must be filled out by the person taking the lesson)
2. Submit forms with Registration Fee~$50. Click here for a complete list of tuition.
3. When IIE receives the forms and Registration fee, we will process your application and contact you.
4. Make the payment for the remaining balance of your tuition 3 weeks before your starting date.
