IIE Hawaii is proud to be a world leader in delivering high-quality, exciting programs for juniors from ages 6 to 17. Our English programs for kids and teens are the biggest and most reputable in Hawaii, with other 200 happy students every year. Our English-only policy at the school ensures that students gain confidence in English communication skills. It's real English, real fun!

We offer exciting programs for children between the ages of 6-12 years old in the Kid Short Term English Program (K-STEP), and young adults between the ages of 13-17 years old in the Teen Short Term English Program (T-STEP). Students have high-quality lessons at our school, and different fun activities and trips every day, Monday-Friday. Students may join from one week to six weeks.

We also offer an English Summer Camp for ages 8-15 on the North Shore in cooperation with YMCA Camp Erdman.

In 2009, K-STEP and T-STEP programs will run for 6 weeks during the summer (July 13 - August 21). Classes and activities run from 9:00am - 4:30pm, Monday-Friday. Our K-STEP and T-STEP programs always fill up very early for the peak summer weeks, so early registration is highly recommended!

Parents who also want to study English at IIE can join in a STEP course or the Summer STEP. The Summer STEP course is designed for parents who have children studying in the K-STEP or T-STEP programs.

Homestay is available for T-STEP students studying on their own without their families
 

We are also very proud to announce that we will be offering English Summer Camp again this summer in cooperation with YMCA Camp Erdman on the North Shore of Oahu in Waialua.

Students will have three hours of English lessons* Monday to Friday, followed by various sports and activities throughout the rest of the day and night. They include swimming, hiking, soccer, archery, climbing wall, outdoor survival, camp fire, arts and crafts, and personal development.

Students will learn, play and live with local English-speaking kids. Students can register for one, two, or three week sessions from July 26-August 14, 2009.

*Students must be between 8-15 years to participate in English Summer Camp.

*6 year old K-STEP students must have completed a year of school, or currently be in school.
